Privacy policy
How we handle your information.
Last updated: April 2026
ENODA Ventures Inc. ("ENODA", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Plain language version: we collect very little, we don't sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you submit the engagement inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, role, email, company, and the context you write. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. When you use the Readiness Assessment, the questions and answers stay in your browser unless you choose to receive the PDF report, in which case we collect your email and the score profile.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. Plausible is privacy-respecting, does not use cookies, and does not collect personal data. We see counts of pageviews and referrers; we do not see individual visitor identities.
How we use it
The contact information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry. The newsletter list is used only to send the newsletter. The Readiness Assessment email is used only to send the requested report. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare and forwarded to our email inbox. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Substack. Both providers have their own privacy policies, which apply.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any information we have about you, at any time, by emailing hello@enodaventures.ca. We will confirm deletion within five business days.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking. The only browser storage used is for accessibility settings (e.g. reduced motion preference) and is purely functional.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be flagged in the next newsletter.
